I went through the book with a lot of pleasure . I have no doubt that this book will make a significant impact in the industry ,guiding and empowering others to follow the author’s footstep .

The journey of opening of almost 100 restaurants and the invaluable experience the author have gained along the way will for sure inspire the aspiring restaurateurs and entrepreneurs everywhere

This book certainly shows the author’s experience, blood, sweat, and tears and his tenacity to stick to it until he achieved his success. I was lucky enough to be in Canada in the areas where the author had his restaurants. I was so impressed with the broad range of restaurants he created, from a budget friendly family to high end type.
